Join Choices Programs Organization in Making a Difference

Our approach is centered around teaching our children essential life skills. We guide them in decision-making, encourage self-reliance, and instill a concern for others. We help them understand the consequences of their actions, with the hope of breaking the cycle of dependency for both the child and their family.

In 2011, we established the CHOICES Community Behavioral Health Services Targeted Case Management, or TCM. This program addresses the needs of children in foster care, their parents, and teenagers aging out of foster care who are dealing with delinquency, mental health issues, and substance abuse. 

We understand that it can be challenging for young adults and parents to navigate the system and obtain the services they need for their basic, health, and mental health needs. TCM Services are here to bridge that gap. We help connect youth and families with community resources and agencies that can help them overcome their specific obstacles.
